Eagles Village, La Quinta, Marbella
Our home in Spain is situated in the Andalucian style Eagles Village; overlooking the prestigious 'La Quinta' golf course. It is less than five minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and amenities of San Pedro and ten minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Despite this enviable location, it's 'front line golf' position overlooking the fabulous La Quinta fairways, ensures a tranquil and peaceful setting.
The apartment is extremely spacious (approx 180 sq mtrs), spanning two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living area, with two terraces, overlooking the golf course.
Each of the three double bedrooms opens onto a terrace and has its own beautiful marble bathroom.
Handmade furniture made by a local craftsman gives an authentic Spanish flavour to the main living area which has comfortable seating and direct access to both main terraces.
The swimming pool and pool house are less than a two - minute walk away through the attractive gardens which border the golf course.
Each terrace benefits from a south west facing aspect resulting in afternoon and evening sun, and, if you are lucky, spectacular sunsets! There are also awnings for those who prefer shade while enjoying their aperetifs.
The whole village is maintained to a very high standard and visitors have the use of the magnificent club house, together with the facilities of the five star Westin hotel, which is only a five minute walk away. The new La Quinta Spa has amazing therapy pools, cold area, individual therapy rooms, showers, Turkish baths and sauna, relaxing room. The team of professionals are specialists in the latest relaxation techniques and more than 30 different kinds of massages and therapies. Who could resist!
Those with young children can also make use of the beautiful 'kids club'.
Also available is satellite TV, CD/DVD Player, air - conditioning and central heating, barbeque and, in fact, all the things that make it a home in the sun!
The area abounds with places to visit; Granada, Ronda and the beautiful white villages such as Casares, Gibraltar, and of course the stylish marina of Puerto Banus. Alternatively, you may just like to relax on one of the many beaches or play a leisurely game of golf.
